How it works

Activate your card at a Kenswitch ATM via either a balance inquiry or cash withdrawal transaction. Alternatively, call our 24 hour call centre on +254 (20) 4440033
Pay for purchases on POS subject to single swipe limits of Kes 100,000
ATM withdrawal limits are Kes 20,000 per day*

ATM withdrawal charges

Equity, KCB and Barclays – Kes 275
Kenswitch – Kes 45-75 (depending on Bank)

POS charges

Transactions done on POS do not attract any extra charges.
