We try and open accounts in the shortest time possible. It will take a maximum of 24 hours for you to receive your account number if your documents are in order

Providing convenient access to your money is our priority. You can access your account through the following channels:

  2. Internet Banking – You can apply for Internet Banking (click here) and access various products and services such as account transfers, mobile transfers, and account statements from your device
  3. ABC MasterCard – You can visit any MasterCard ATM to withdraw funds or check balance

First, you have to register for Internet Banking then you can login to your account via web or our mobile app then transfer to M-Pesa wallet.

Follow the following steps on your mobile phone:

  1. Go to M-Pesa > Paybill on your phone
  2. Use Paybill number 111777
  3. Enter your ABC Bank account number under the account number

Enter amount then your M-Pesa Pin and send

The best thing about this service is that it’s Instant. You can access your account 24/7 from wherever you are.

  1. Sending from account to M-Pesa – Click here for charges
  2. Sending from M-Pesa to account – FREE
  1. Transaction amount: You can send up to Kes 250,000 per transaction
  2. M-Pesa Balance: Maximum daily amount that an M-Pesa wallet can hold is Kes 500,000

We hope that doesn’t happen but if it does, reach out to us through our Customer Service line on 0719 015 000 or 0701 700 700 immediately and our team will liaise with Safaricom to assist in reversing the transaction before the money is withdrawn.

You can use your card on all Mastercard and Kenswitch branded ATMs. Click here for the full list of ATMs you can access in Kenya.

If you remember the correct pin you can call us so that the error can be unblocked. Do not share the pin with the Bank officials when they are unblocking it. When you forget the pin, please apply for a replacement of the card by visiting your branch and filling the relevant form.

Yes, you can use it on all MasterCard branded ATMs, point of sale and online sites. However, be careful with your card details and verify online sites before providing your card details as some may be fraudulent.

This number is printed at the back of your card, so don’t worry you don’t have to memorize it.

The charges are Kes 600 (Kes 500 + 20% excise duty)

An ATM Card gives you the convenience of accessing your money at ATMs, shopping, online payments e.t.c You can apply for one by filling a form at the nearest branch or make an email request where you will be sent the necessary forms.

A card takes five working days to be processed and made available at your branch. You will be notified once the card is ready to come collect it.

Yes you can, you will give details of the branch you want it to be sent to. For diaspora we can deliver the card to the country when you give us directions and location. There are shipping charges for Card deliveries to countries outside Kenya. Please ensure the country is not a war zone or a temporary location where we get the parcels returned when you are not there to pick it.

It takes 2 working days for a cheque to mature

Visit your nearest branch and you will be advised on the requirements necessary for the various types of loans.

This is approved on a case to case basis. However, we try and process loans in the shortest time possible.

It takes 24 hours for an RTGS and 48 hours for an international transfer. The cut-off time for local transfers is 2 P.M. You can still do a transaction after 2 P.M. However, the transaction will be completed the following working day.

Charges for Real Time Gross Settlement – Kes 600 (Kes 500 + 20% excise duty)

International Transfers – Kes 1800 (Kes 1500 + 20% excise duty)
